What we believe.

The promise that self-paced learning libraries and ILT courses alone can transform the skills within a technical organization has failed. The capacity and desire for individuals to consume mid-form and long-form Instructor Led Training programs no longer exists.

The world of tech learning has changed. We believe there needs to be a new way, a modern way, to upskill, reskill and transform the innovators, technologists, and developers who are creating the next generation technologies.

Organizations today deploy more learning opportunities, assets and solutions than ever before to improve employee upward mobility, reskill talent, and drive transformational impact. While internal learning investments have been growing, the return on those investments has been declining. We need to stop throwing more solutions at the problem to fix the problem.

In the best-performing organizations, less than 25% of users who have a self-paced library license use the license to learn new skills. And even worse, when they do the “super users” on average consume less than 8 hrs of content per year.

Instructor-led courses also experience lower than desired completion rates. A legacy-structured ILT course can experience completion rates of around 50%.

In both cases, the learning debt is higher than the learning gain.
